Chocolate Chip Cookies


Preheat your oven to 177°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Combine 1 Cup of softened Salted Butter, 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract, ½ Cup (110g) White Sugar, and ½ Cup (110g) Brown Sugar in a bowl and then mix well. Add 2 Large Eggs, 100g finely chopped chocolate slivers (I used 70% dark chocolate), and 320g All-Purpose Flour to the bowl and mix until it forms a dough.

Use a spoon, or an ice cream scoop, to place 10-12 dollops of dough onto the baking sheet, and then bake in the oven for 13 minutes.
