In a small pot, bring 1 Cup of water to a boil over high heat. As the water begins to boil, add 1 Tbsp of black tea leaves, 1 Cup of 3.25% milk, 2 Tbsp white sugar, and 1 Tsp of chai masala. Bring to a boil, while occasionally stirring, and cook until it turns your preferred shade of brown.

Pour the chai into a cup, through a fine mesh strainer and allow it to cool before drinking.
